Cancellation Policy and Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the artworks.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund only the purchase price of the artwork, provided that the artwork is in its original condition and is not damaged upon receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.

The refund of the purchase price will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive the artwork back. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless a different agreement has been made; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the artwork back and inspected its condition.

Return of the Artworks

You must return or hand over the artwork to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the artwork before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the artwork. The artwork must be shipped in its original packaging and insured to avoid damage during the return transport.
